Nathan J. Mammarella, Esquire

Nathan J. Mammarella is a sharp, committed, and talented criminal defense attorney who works tirelessly to zealously represent the clients of Rosenberg | Perry & Associates.

He joined the firm in August of 2016 and brings his passion for criminal litigation to the firm’s clients. Mr. Mammarella represents clients at the Superior and Municipal Court levels in New Jersey, with a focus on Felony matters and DUI/DWI offenses. He has an eye for detail and a talent for distilling and translating relevant information into legal defenses.

Mr. Mammarella graduated from Rutgers University School of Law (formerly Rutgers School of Law-Camden) and took classes focusing on criminal procedure, trial advocacy, and criminal litigation. He was also heavily involved in the school’s juvenile clinical program. The Children’s Justice Clinic gave Mr. Mammarella a practical knowledge of juvenile offenses, experience in criminal litigation, and provided an opportunity to further develop an interest in helping low-income juveniles and families. He has successfully argued on behalf of clients involved in serious drug offenses, violent assaults, and multiple types of theft and larceny.

Mr. Mammarella was also a member of the Rutgers University School of Law’s prestigious journal of Law & Religion. His writing skills and legal acumen were recognized by his appointment as a Senior Editor of the journal of Law & Religion, which allowed for him to further hone his legal writing and research skills.

Outside of the office, Mr. Mammarella enjoys working as a baseball umpire and has officiated tournaments around the state, local games, and the New Jersey Little League Championship.
